Windows Phone 7 “NoDo” update leaks ahead of public release

Updating your Windows Phone 7 to NoDo in a location where it is not launched yet
Requirements: An open Windows Phone 7 unit with the February update installed.
Overview: The USAIP cheats the Zune software into thinking that you are in a place where the NoDo is officially launched. This is safe and requires no registry hacks. This is not even the ROM one released two or three weeks back. Please familiarize yourself with the steps first before doing them.
1. Download the USAIP and save it to you desktop. Link: http://usaip.eu/en/USAIP.pbk
2. Your phone should have the following settings:
• Flight Mode OFF
• Wi-Fi ON / Cellular Data ON (The important thing here is that you are connected to the internet. One of the two should only be ON. Either Wi-Fi or Cellular Data is ON). Mine worked with the former.
3. Run the USAIP file on the desktop and connect to EUROIP PPTP Hungary or EUROIP L2TP Hungary.
4. USERNAME: demo
PASSWORD: demo
(This connection is automatically closed after 7 minutes!)

5. Connect your phone until the phone syncs to your Zune software
6. Manually check for updates on the Zune (Settings > Phone > Update). Get the time from the moment you click on Update to the moment you get a server error code. You will use this time for step #7
7. Now, click on Linking. We shall be clicking on Update again but make sure that your switch off either the cellular Data Connection or Wi-Fi on your phone (depending on which one you chose in #2) 1-2 seconds before the error appears. That is why timing is crucial in #6.
8. The update should appear and no error message will appear if you time your steps well. Best of luck!
